摘　　要：介绍一种设计制造周期短、制造成本低、技能知识丰富、操作方便、教学培训直观等优点于一体的十字滑台实训装备,该装备解决和优化了中高职院校数控机床装调教学实践和竞技培训需求。从装备结构优化设计和实践应用方法描述,通过3年的实践革新和验证,教学成果显著,进一步验证其作品在实践应用中成效显著。A kind of cross slide training equipment was introduced,which with the advantages of short design and manufacturing cycle,low manufacturing cost,rich skills and knowledge,convenient operation,intuitive teaching and training.The training equipment solves and optimizes the teaching practice and competitive training needs of CNC machine tool installation and adjustment in secondary and higher vocational colleges.The equipment structure optimization design and practical application methods were described.Through three years of practical innovation and verification,the teaching results are remarkable,which further verifies the effectiveness of its works in practical application.
