摘  要:电动机是起重机械的主要动力源,因此电动机的保护显得尤为重要。过热保护是电动机最重要的保护方式之一,对过热保护功能的检验也是把好起重机械安全检验关的关键。详细介绍了起重机械电动机过热保护功能的设置条件及具体的3种实现方式,即热过载保护、超温度保护和限流保护。针对每一种保护方式,结合具体实例图纸,详细介绍其实现的原理和使用的关键电器元件。一线非电类检验人员只需对照图纸,找到关键电器元件,就能够很好地理解、掌握具体电动机过热保护功能的特定实现方式,为起重机械的检验把好安全关。Motor is the main power source of lifting machinery,so the protection of motor is very important.Overheat protection is one of the most important protection methods of motor.The inspection of overheating protection function is also the key to ensure the safety inspection of lifting machinery.The setting conditions of the overheating protection function of the crane motor and three specific realization methods were introduced in detail,namely,thermal overload protection,over temperature protection and current limiting protection.According to each protection method,combined with the concrete example drawing,the principle and key electrical components used were introduced in detail.The first line non electrical inspection personnel can understand and master the specific realization mode of the overheating protection function of the motor by referring to the drawings and find the key electrical components,and ensure the safety of the inspection of the lifting machinery.
