摘  要:某热电厂15 MW抽冷机组正常运行半年后,由于其他设备故障需停机检修。检修完后重新启动,机组振动值超标,无法升速至额定转速。通过对机组3次运行的振动数据、汽缸等重要部套测量数据,现场多次对冷凝器灌水试验测量数据以及现场外界因素分析,发现冷凝器灌水试验前后测量值无法归位,而且数值一直变化,因此确定故障原因为汽轮机冷凝器安装质量不符合厂家要求,机组运行时冷凝器发生偏移,从而无法保证汽轮机动静间隙值达到设计要求,造成了转子与静子摩擦,导致机组出现振动现象。通过对冷凝器基础的整改后,振动现象彻底解决。After a thermal power plant′s 15 MW extraction chiller unit has been running normally for half a year,it needs to be shut down for maintenance due to other equipment faults.After the overhaul,the unit was restarted,and the vibration value exceeded the standard,so the speed could not be increased to the rated speed.Through the analysis of the vibration data,cylinder and other important parts of the unit in three times of operation,the measurement data of the condenser water filling test on site for many times and the external factors on site,it is found that the measured value before and after the condenser water filling test can not return,and the value has been changing.Therefore,it is determined that the cause of the fault is that the installation quality of the steam turbine condenser does not meet the requirements of the manufacturer.During the operation of the unit,the condenser deviates,which can not ensure the dynamic and static clearance value of the turbine to meet the design requirements,resulting in the friction between the rotor and stator,resulting in the vibration of the unit.After the rectification of the condenser foundation,the vibration phenomenon was completely solved.
