摘 要:针对接触轨线路电力蓄电池工程车出现制动故障时,受线路特点影响,司乘人员无法立即下车将故障工程车设置为无火回送状态,而需等待线路封锁及停电挂地线等一系列流程,经确认无电后方可下线路,现场应急处置效率极低,存在影响地铁运营行车组织的风险,现介绍一种电力蓄电池工程车强迫缓解应急操作方法。该方法可在工程车上进行所有空气制动缓解操作,实现快速缓解故障机车制动,提高接触轨线路电力蓄电池工程车故障应急响应速度,保障地铁安全运营。Aiming at the brake failure of the electric battery engineering vehicle on the contact rail line,the driver and passengers cannot get off the vehicle immediately due to the characteristics of the line.The faulty engineering vehicle is set to the non-fire return state,and a series of processes such as line blockade,power outage and ground connection are required.After confirming that there is no electricity,the line can be disembarked.The efficiency of on-site emergency response is extremely low,and there is a risk of affecting the organization of subway operations.Now introduces a method for forced relief emergency operation of electric battery engineering vehicles,which can perform all air braking on engineering vehicles mitigating operations,realizing rapid mitigation of malfunctioning locomotive braking,increasing the emergency response speed of electric battery engineering vehicles on contact rail lines,and ensuring safe subway operation.
