摘　　要：低压鼠笼式电动机由于其结构、原理简单,造价及维护成本低,因此在工矿企业日常生产中具有非常普遍的应用,在给日常生产提供便利的同时,鼠笼式电动机也极易发生故障。对鼠笼式电动机常见故障发生的原因及检修维护方法做出一些探讨,通过对故障现象进行分析,归纳总结出鼠笼式电动机常见故障原因,提出了一些针对各类故障的维护注意事项,为电机的持续正常运行提供一些可参考的合理方法和建议。Low-voltage squirrel-cage motors are widely used in the daily production of industrial and mining enterprises due to their simple structure and principle,low cost and low maintenance cost.While providing convenience for daily production,squirrel-cage motors are also prone to failure.The reasons for common failures of squirrel cage motors and the maintenance methods were discussed.Through the analysis of failure phenomena,the common failure causes of squirrel cage motors were summarized and some maintenance precautions for various failures were put forward.The continuous normal operation of the motor provides some reasonable methods and suggestions that can be referred to.
