摘　　要：目的探讨运动与食管心房调搏术(TEAP)的室上性心动过速(SVT)检出率之间的关系。方法选择2019年10月—2020年10月就诊于福建省立医院的因心悸怀疑阵发性SVT且有TEAP适应证的患者126例,采用随机数字表法将其分为常规TEAP组(63例)和运动后TEAP组(63例)。比较两组SVT检出率及诱发方式的差异。结果运动后TEAP组SVT检出率、房室结折返性心动过速检出率均高于常规TEAP组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组不同诱发方式比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论运动可提高TEAP对SVT检出率。Objective To investigate the correlation of exercise and detection rate of supraventricular tachycardia(SVT)in patients with transesophageal atrial pacing(TEAP).Methods A total of 126 patients who suspected paropathic SVT due to palpitation and with indications of TEAP admitted to Fujian Provincial Hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected and they were divided into conventional TEAP group(63 cases)and post exercise TEAP group(63 cases)according to the random number table method.The detection rate of SVT and induction mode were compared between the two groups.Results The detection rates of SVT and atrioventricular node reentrant tachycardia in the post exercise TEAP group were higher than those in the conventional TEAP group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The difference of induction mode between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Exercise can improve the detection rate of SVT by TEAP.
