摘　　要：目的运用德尔菲法构建老年女性压力性尿失禁患者的健康教育方案。方法本研究于2019年7月—12月通过文献研究法,初步拟定老年女性压力性尿失禁患者健康教育方案的条目内容,遴选海军军医大学附属长征医院、复旦大学附属华东医院、上海交通大学附属第一人民医院、同济大学附属同济医院、上海市普陀区人民医院的11名专家进行2轮德尔菲专家咨询,最终构建老年女性压力性尿失禁患者的健康教育方案。结果两轮专家咨询问卷回收率均为100%,专家权威系数为0.928。基于专家意见进行方案修订,最终确定3个一级条目、15个二级条目和61个三级条目。结论本研究方案具有一定的科学性和实用性,可以为临床护士对老年女性压力性尿失禁患者实施健康教育提供理论指导。Objective To construct a health education program for elderly female patients with stress urinary incontinence by applying Delphi method.Methods Form July to December 2019,the literature research method was used by research team to draft the contents of the health education program for elderly women with stress urinary incontinence.A total of 11 specialists were selected from Changzheng Hospital Affiliated to Naval Military Medical University,Huadong Hospital affiliated to Fudan University,Shanghai General Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University,Tongji Hospital of Tongji University,People’s Hospital of Putuo District in Shanghai.Delphi method was used by specialists to construct a health education program for elderly women with stress urinary incontinence in two rounds.Results The return rate of the two rounds of expert consultation questionnaires was 100%,and the expert authority coefficient was 0.928.The plan was revised based on expert opinions,and 3 first-level items,15 second-level items,and 61 third-level items were finally determined.Conclusion This research program is scientific and practical,and can provide theoretical guidance for clinical nurses to implement health education for elderly female patients with stress urinary incontinence.
