摘  要:深海钻井表层导管是海洋石油勘探与开发过程中下放的第一根管柱,其安全等候时间直接影响井口的稳定性,间接影响生产成本。为了避免钻完井后的时间浪费,急需对深海钻井表层导管的安全等候时间以及影响因素进行分析。首先对表层导管安装方法进行优选,再利用表层导管与表层套管的几何参数、海底地层参数和钻井工具参数等各种参数,采用力的平衡方程建立了一开后表层导管安全等候时间与表层导管下放到位至二开表层套管固井前的等候时间模型,将模型与数值分析软件Matlab相结合,通过现场应用结果反馈,证明了该模型的正确性。最后分析了表层导管内径、井口工具重力以及水泥浆密度等对等候时间的影响。该研究成果既提高了海上钻完井的时间效率,还大幅度降低了等候时间的支出成本,可为我国南海深水钻井表层导管的安全等候时间的合理预测提供依据。Surface conductor in deep sea drilling is the first string to be landed in the process of offshore oil exploration and development;and its safe waiting time directly affects the stability of wellhead and indirectly affects the production cost.In order to avoid the waste of time after drilling and completion,it is urgent to analyze the safe waiting time and influencing factors of deep-sea drilling surface conductor.The surface conductor installation method was firstly optimized,then,based on the geometric parameters of surface conductor and surface casing,the seabed formation parameters and the drilling tool parameters,the force balance equation was used to build the mechanical model of the safe waiting time of the surface conductor after the first spud in and the time from the surface conductor being lowered in place to the cementing of second spud in surface casing;and then,the model was combined with the numerical analysis software Matlab,and its correctness was proved by the feedback of field application results.Finally,the effects of surface conductor inner diameter,wellhead tool weight and cement slurry density on waiting time were analyzed.The research results not only improve the time efficiency of offshore drilling and completion,but also greatly reduce the outlay cost of waiting time,and provide a basis for the reasonable prediction of safe waiting time of surface conductor in deep sea drilling of the South China Sea.
