冀东油田套变井分注技术研究与应用

摘　　要：为了解决套管变形井分层注水管柱解封解卡困难、遇卡大修率高、小直径胶筒密封大尺寸套管承压低以及套损井利用率低等问题,研究了适用于大斜度井和套管变形井的分层注水管柱及配套工具。该分层注水管柱主要由小直径逐级解封注水封隔器、油管锚定器、桥式偏心配水器及解封安全接头等组成,打捞时上提油管实现管柱的油套连通、逐级解封解卡,下部管柱遇卡时实现遇阻丢手、分段打捞,管柱解卡力小且不受压差影响,降低了深斜井分注管柱解卡提拉载荷,提高了套损井的利用率及修井效率。该工艺在冀东油田现场应用8口井,最小套变内通径96 mm,施工成功率100%,投捞测试成功率100%,注水最高压力30 MPa,最长服役时间740 d,累计增注6.17万m^(3)。该套变井分注技术实现了精细分注,提高了水驱动用储量,具有良好的推广应用前景。In order to solve the problems such as difficult unsetting and unfreezing of separate zone water injection string in casing deformation well,high overhaul rate at tight pull,low pressure bearing capability of large-size casing sealed by small-diameter rubber barrel and low utilization rate of casing damaged well,the separate zone water injection string and supporting tools suitable for high angle deviated well and casing deformation well were developed.The separate zone water injection string is mainly composed of small diameter step-by-step unsetting water injection packer,tubing anchor,bridge eccentric water distributor and unsetting safety joint;at the time of fishing,the tubing is pulled to realize the tubing-casing connection of the string and the step-by-step unsetting and unfreezing;at the tight pull of the lower string,it realizes release of tight pull and stepped fishing;the unfreezing force of the string is small and not affected by the pressure difference,which reduces the unfreezing pulling load of separate zone injection string in deep deviated well and improves the utilization ratio and workover efficiency of casing damaged wells.This technology has been applied in 8 wells in the Jidong Oilfield;the minimum inner diameter of casing deformation is 96 mm,the success rate of construction is 100%,the success rate of dropping-fishing test is 100%,the maximum pressure of water injection is 30 MPa,the longest service time is 740 d,and the cumulative injection increment is 61,700 m 3.The separate zone injection technology of casing deformation well realizes fine separate zone injection,improves the waterflooding producing reserves,and has good application prospect.
