摘 要:尼泊尔黄花木是一种具有较高水土保持功能,并具备较高观赏价值的西藏原生灌木。为对其进行人工繁育,通过对不同发芽温度条件下4个种源的尼泊尔黄花木种子的发芽特征研究,确定其人工育苗合理播种期,本文在5℃~40℃范围内,每5℃设置1个梯度,研究了温度对尼泊尔黄花木种子发芽率、发芽势、始发芽时间的影响。试验结果表明:不同温度对尼泊尔黄花木种子的发芽率、发芽势的影响显著,在5℃~40℃范围内,随温度的上升呈先增后减趋势,其中25℃时种子发芽率、发芽势、始发芽时间分别为86.3%、66.8%及2 d;在该温度下有较短的种子发芽所需时间和最快的出芽速度;因此,尼泊尔黄花木种子发芽最适温度区间为20℃~30℃。Piptanthus nepalensis is a kind of Tibetan native shrub with high soil and water conservation function and high ornamental value.In order to artificially plant it,by studying the germination characteristics of four provenances of Piptanthus nepalensis seeds under different germination temperature conditions,the reasonable sowing period of artificial seedlings was determined.This article was set at 5℃~40℃,and a gradient of every 5℃was used to study the effects of temperature on the germination rate,germination vigor and initial germination time of Piptanthus nepalensis seeds.The results showed that the influence of different temperature on the germination rate and germination potential of Piptanthus nepalensis seeds was significant,and in the range of 5°C~40°c,the germination rate increased first and then decreased with the increase of temperature.At 25°C,the germination rate,germination potential and germination time were 86.3%,66.8%and 2 days respectively,and the seed germination time was shorter and the germination speed was the fastest at this temperature.Therefore,the optimum temperature range for seed germination of Piptanthus nepalensis was 20°C~30°C.
