摘　　要：美国卡内基梅隆大学以认同理念为指导,从唤起学生自我认同出发,积极帮助学生形成职业认同,进而促进学生建立生涯认同,探索出一套职业发展教育的“三步认同”模式:唤起自我认同,建立职业认同,探索生涯认同。这一模式贯彻了以学生为中心的思想,体现了学生工作中的服务意识,充分尊重学生的兴趣和志向,并引入多种力量共同参与其中,可以为中国高校学生的职业发展工作提供可资借鉴的经验。Guided by the concept of identity,Carnegie Mellon University in the United States starts from arousing students’self-identity,actively helping students form professional identity,and then promoting students to establish career identity,and explores a set of"three-step identity"model of career development education:Arousing self-identity,establishing professional identity,and exploring career identity.This model implements the student-centered ideology,reflects the sense of service in student work,fully respects the interests and ambitions of students,and introduces multiple forces to participate in it,which can provide references for the career development of Chinese college students.
