摘　　要：推板窑是材料烧制过程中常用的炉型之一。我公司设计的燃气隔焰推板窑采用了脉冲燃烧方式,在调试过程中顺利解决了炉膛压力波动的问题,能够适应某些特殊产品的烧结需求,具有断面温差小、烧成成本低等特点,具有一定的推广应用价值。Push kiln is one of the furnace type commonly used in the process of material burning.Pulse combustion was used in the push kiln of our design.In the commissioning process successfully resolved the problem of Pressure fluctuation.This kind of push kiln can be adapt to the sintering needs of certain special products,with the small section of temperature difference and low burn cost,it has a certain value of popularization and application.
