摘 要:近年来电炉冶炼技术屡次受到热议,但原料价格居高不下,严重制约了电炉的推广。废钢是电炉炼钢的重要原料,是炼钢总成本的最主要组成部分。基于线性规划方法,综合考虑废钢成分、废钢堆密度及废钢加入量等约束条件,并以废钢及合金成本为目标函数来建立配料模型。研究结果表明:该模型用于电炉炼钢的废钢配料,能显著降低炼钢原料成本,提高经济性。Recent years EAF steelmaking has been widely discussed,the price of raw materials keeps at a high level,which restricts the spread of EAF.Scrap is an important raw material for EAF steelmaking and the most important part of the total cost of steelmaking.Based on the linear programming method,considering the constraints of scrap composition,scrap stack density and scrap addition quantity,the cost of scrap and alloy is taken as the objective function to establish the batching model.The results show that the model can significantly reduce the cost of raw materials and improve the economy.
