22%螺虫乙酯·噻虫啉悬浮剂分析方法研究

摘　　要：文章中,建立了液相色谱法同柱分析22%螺虫乙酯·噻虫啉悬浮剂的含量的分析方法,以甲醇和水为流动相,使用InertsilODS-SP、5μm为填料的250mm×4.6(id)mm不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器,检测波长为254nm。结果表明,在该方法中噻虫啉、螺虫乙酯的标准曲线线性回归系数分别为0.9998和0.9997,标准偏差分别为0.032%和0.026%,变异系数分别为0.227%和0.231%,平均回收率分别为99.83%和99.52%。In this paper,an analysis method for the determination of 2%Spirotetramat·Thiacloprid SC was established by using liquid chromatography with the column Inertsil ODS-SP/5μm,with methanol and water as mobile phase and DVD detector at 254 nm.The results showed that the linear regression coefficients of 0.9998 and 0.9997,the standard deviation of 0.032%and0.026%,the variation coefficient of 0.227%and 0.231%,and the average recovery of 99.67%and 99.66%were obtained for azoxystrobin and flutriafol,respectively.
