摘  要:智能区块链技术是21世纪初期被广泛开发和使用的电子计算机技术。生态治理现代化是当今世界各国都在努力奋斗和强力推进的重大生态发展目标。经验表明,智能区块链技术在不同行业、不同产业部门及不同程度上促进了生态治理现代化目标的实现。文章结合国内外学者的研究成果,联系"国家生态现代化战略"稳步推进的社会现实,指出只有构建科学合理的"智能区块链技术促进生态治理现代化"的综合评价指标体系,才能解决被国内外学术界广泛争论的"科技价值的生态化"问题。在此理念支配下,文章构架了包括1个一级指标3个二级指标和44个三级指标的"智能区块链技术影响生态治理现代化"的评价指标体系,并对各指标进行了主客观相互结合的权重分配。Intelligent blockchain technology is a widely used computer technology in the early 21 st century.The modernization of ecological management is an important ecological development goal that all countries in the world are striving for and pushing forward vigorously.Experience shows that smart blockchain technology has promoted the realization of ecological governance modernization in different industries,different industrial sectors and different degrees.This paper combines the research results of domestic and foreign scholars with the social reality of the steady advance of national ecological modernization strategy.It is pointed out that only by constructing a scientific and reasonable comprehensive evaluation index system of intelligent blockchain promoting the modernization of ecological governance can we solve the problem of ecologicalization of scientific and technological value which has been widely debated in academic circles at home and abroad.Under the control of this idea,this paper constructs an evaluation index system,which includes 1 first-class index,3 second-class index and 44 thirdclass index,and the weight distribution of each index is combined with the subjective and objective.
