摘  要:近年来,氢气在全球范围内的需求量逐年上升,氢气作为清洁能源受到人们的重视。文章对天然气制氢方法,天然气制氢镍基催化剂,以及热回流技术做了综述。甲烷蒸汽重整技术已经成熟,而甲烷部分氧化、干重整、自热重整等制氢技术仍处于发展阶段,面临着挑战。由于镍活性高,价格低廉是贵金属的良好替代品,当前的制氢催化剂仍以镍基催化剂为主要选择。热回流技术主要介绍了单向流和逆流反应器对其热回流的特点,并对甲烷制氢技术提出改进策略。In recent years,the global demand for hydrogen is increasing year by year,and people pay more and more attention to hydrogen as a clean energy.In this paper,the methods of hydrogen production from natural gas,nickel-based catalysts for hydrogen production from natural gas and thermal reflux technology are reviewed.Methane steam reforming technology has been mature,while hydrogen production technologies such as partial oxidation of methane,dry reforming and autothermal reforming are still in the stage of development and are facing challenges.Because nickel is a good substitute for precious metals with high activity and low price,nickel-based catalysts are still the main choice for hydrogen production catalysts.The thermal reflux technology mainly introduces the characteristics of unidirectional flow and countercurrent reactors,and puts forward the improvement strategy for methane hydrogen production technology.
