大型商业综合体防火与安全疏散问题研究

摘　　要：大型商业综合体随着城市的发展应运而生,逐步成为了我国城市的标志性建筑,也是衡量我国城市化发展水平的重要标志,具有经营业态多元化、用电用气量大、空间功能复杂、人员过于密集以及内部结构复杂等特点,导致其火灾风险性极高。大型商业综合体防火与安全疏散是消防工作中的一个难题。基于此,文章以商业综合体防火与安全疏散的重要性为切入点,对当前防火与安全疏散管理中的现状问题进行了分析,并结合防火疏散经验,提出有效优化策略,以提高大型商业综合体消防安全管理水平。With the development of cities,large-scale commercial complex has gradually become a landmark building of cities in our country,and it is also an important symbol to measure the development level of urbanization in our country.It has the characteristics of diversified business forms,large consumption of electricity and gas,complex space functions,too dense personnel and complex internal structure,which leads to its high fire risk.Fire prevention and safe evacuation of large commercial complex is a difficult problem in fire fighting work.Based on this,this paper analyzes the current problems in the current fire prevention and safety evacuation management based on the importance of fire prevention and safety evacuation of commercial complex,and puts forward an effective optimization strategy combined with the experience of fire prevention evacuation.in order to improve the fire safety management level of large-scale commercial complex.
