摘 要:随着我国现代经济迅速发展,各类水利水电工程项目也在不断增加,为人们的生活带来了许多便利。水利工程质量好坏影响着人们的生活,要想充分发挥水利水电工程项目优势,则必须强化过程管理,对水利水电建设过程做好监督与管理,才能有效提升工程质量。从目前来看,水利水电工程技术在不断创新与改进,水利水电工程规模、施工线路、施工环境与施工条件变得越来越复杂化,要想提高质量,必须要与时俱进,跟进各项管理,保证水利工程施工各个流程质量,以提高整体品质。文章就水利水电工程施工管理突出问题进行分析,结合水利工程施工特点提出有效对策,以此能有效提高水利水电工程质量,发挥良好效益。With the rapid development of China’s modern economy,all kinds of water conservancy and hydropower projects are also increasing,which has brought a lot of convenience to people’s life.The quality of water conservancy projects affects people’s lives.In order to give full play to the advantages of water conservancy and hydropower projects,it is necessary to strengthen process management and supervise and manage the process of water conservancy and hydropower construction in order to effectively improve the quality of water conservancy and hydropower projects.At present,the technology of water conservancy and hydropower projects is constantly innovating and improving,and the scale,construction lines,construction environment and construction conditions of water conservancy and hydropower projects are becoming more and more complicated.In order to improve quality,we must keep pace with the times and follow up various managements,so as to ensure the overall quality of each process of water conservancy project construction.This paper analyzes the outstanding problems in the construction management of water conservancy and hydropower projects,and puts forward effective countermeasures according to the construction characteristics of water conservancy projects,so as to effectively improve the quality of water conservancy and hydropower projects and give full play to their good benefits.
