从“肝为五脏之贼”探析小儿急惊风从肝论治

摘　　要：肝主风,为风木之脏、将军之官,属手厥阴肝经,且与少阳胆经互为表里。小儿在生理上又属少阳、稚阴稚阳、肝常有余之体,与肝生理相关、病理相连。小儿急惊风起病急、病情险,其病因与肝密切相关。"肝为五脏之贼"指中医之肝,除自病外,可上逆犯心、横逆克脾、直逆侮肺、下陷扰肾,五脏皆受其害。故临证治疗小儿急惊风当从肝论治,或清肝泻实,或柔肝解郁,或养肝荣血,或暖肝煦阳,同时注重痰、瘀、湿、浊、饮与六淫之邪,标本结合,缓急分施。The liver,governing the wind,the viscus of the wind and wood,the organ of the general,belongs to the branch of meridian of Hand Jue Yin,and has an exterior-interior Relation with Shaoyang Gallbladder Meridian.In physiology,children have the body of Shaoyang,with tender Yin and Yang and abundant liver,which is closely related to liver physiology and pathology.The etiology of quick onset and severity condition of Pediatric Acute Infantile Convulsion also related to the liver."liver is the thief of five viscera."refers that,besides liver diseases,the liver in TCM also can attack the heart,suppress the spleen,invasion the lungs,disturb the kidneys,and all five Zang can be endangered by it.Thus,the treatment of pediatric acute infantile convulsion should start with liver,clearing liver and reducing excess,softening liver for relieving depression,nourishing liver to invigorating blood,warming liver to warming Yang.At the same time,pay attention to phlegm,Stasis,Dampness,Turbidity,Drink,and the six climatic exopathogens,combining manifestation and root cause,and administering them as soon as possible,treating in the order of severity.
