摘　　要：目的:运用德尔菲法制定《慢性肾功能衰竭(非透析)中医诊疗技术规范》,进行慢性肾功能衰竭中医规范化治疗的初步探索。方法:通过文献检索制定第一轮专家调查问卷,基于第一轮专家问卷结果制定第二轮调查问卷,采用Likert度量法赋值,使用Excle表建库、SPSS 23.0分析,运用肯德尔协和系数、权威系数、均分、满分比等统计项目进行统计分析,并采用以界值法为主的方法进行筛选。结果:制定出《慢性肾功能衰竭(非透析)中医诊疗技术规范》,其专家协调性良好,信度较高。其内容包括:慢性肾功能衰竭的中医命名、慢性肾功能衰竭的证型分布及方药选择、慢性肾功能衰竭的中医特色治疗技术等方面。结论:该技术规范的制定是对慢性肾功能衰竭中医药治疗的新探索,为慢性肾功能衰竭的中医药规范化治疗予以启发。Objective:To Establish Technical Code for TCM Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure(Non-dialysis)with Delphi Method to launch the preliminary exploration of standardized TCM treatment of chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods:Design the 1st round expert questionnaire through literature retrieval,while the 2ed round questionnaire developed with the results from the 1st round.Likert measurement method is used to assign values,Excle is used to build the database,and SPSS 23.0 used to analysis the data.Use statistical items such as Kendall's concordance coefficient,authority coefficient,average score,full score ratio and others for statistical analysis,and use the boundary method as the main method for screening.Results:Technical Code for TCM Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure(Non-dialysis)were established with congenial expert consistency and high credibility.The contents include the TCM naming of CRF,CRF syndrome distribution and prescription selection,TCM featured treatment technologies for CRF,and so on.The establishment of this Technical Code is the further exploration of TCM treatment on CRF,which will enlighten the standardized TCM treatment of CRF in the future.
