摘 要:虽然种植义齿的应用使得固定桥修复在临床上被逐渐淡化,但在口腔修复住院医师规范化培训中,学员仍需掌握这项技能。临床经验的缺乏使得学员在独立开展固定桥修复时较难自主评估共同就位道的获得,指导老师的目测法评估也缺乏客观性和一致性。而数字化技术的可视化反馈则在固定桥的牙体预备过程中为学员提供了客观的教学指导。本文通过一例数字化技术指导下基牙倾斜的下颌后牙固定桥修复病例,对数字化技术在口腔住院医师规范化培训学员进行固定修复治疗中的指导作用和教学意义作一浅议。Although the usage of implant dentures makes the fixed bridge rarer,it still important for oral residents in the standardized training to acquiring the bridge preparation skill.However,they cannot evaluate if the path of insertion had been achieved by themselves because of the lack of clinical experience.Meanwhile,conventional assessments by means of visual inspection from teachers have been reported to result in subjectivity and inconsistency,which make residents even more confused.Now the visual feedback of digital evaluation provides objective assessments and guideline for the tooth preparation of fixed bridges.Based on a case of fixed bridge with tilted abutments,this paper briefly discusses the guiding role and teaching significance of digital technology to oral residents in the standardized training.
