摘　　要：目的:研究桌面推演法在专科团队非常规突发事件应急能力培训中的效果,为今后提升护理人员应对非常规突发事件应急能力提供参考。方法:选取本院46名专科团队成员,随机分为对照组(常规培训法)和观察组(桌面推演法)各23名,以病区发生疑似新型冠状病毒肺炎患者应急处置为例,对比2组培训前后专科团队成员理论知识、应急能力评价、自我效能。结果:观察组在理论知识(16.09±1.56)、应急能力评价(160.52±10.60)、自我效能得分(31.70±2.60)均高于对照组(14.43±2.11、130.43±11.52、28.57±3.37),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桌面推演法有利于提升专科团队成员非常规突发事件应急能力。[Objective]To study the effect of desktop deduction method in the training of Unconventional Emergency Response Ability of specialist team,and to provide reference for improving the training methods of nursing staff's emergency response a-bility to unconventional emergencies in the future.[Method]46 specialist team members in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group(routine training method)and the observation group(table tennis method)with 23 members in each group.Taking the emergency treatment of suspected New Coronavirus pneumonia patients in the ward as an example,the theoretical knowledge,anxious ability evaluation and self-efficacy of the 2 team members before and after training were compared.[Result]The theoretical knowledge(16.09±1.56),emergency ability evaluation(160.52±10.60),self-efficacy(31.70±2.60)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(14.43±2.11,130.43±11.52,28.57±3.37),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Desktop deduction is helpful to improve the emergency response ability of the team members.
