摘　　要：目的:分析东阳市12月龄儿童丹佛发育筛查测验(DDST)结果,为提高基层儿童保健工作水平提供依据。方法:选取2019年10月至2020年10月在东阳市红十字会医院及其所属乡镇医共体单位进行体检的12月龄儿童作为研究对象,对纳入标准的637例儿童进行DDST筛查,以筛查评价为异常和可疑者为阳性分析儿童智能发育状况及其影响因素。结果:637例儿童中,筛查结果阳性95例,阳性率14.91%。不同性别、有无新生儿黄疸的阳性率无差异(P>0.05)。农村儿童筛查阳性率显著高于城市儿童,母亲孕龄>35岁的儿童阳性率显著高于母亲孕龄≤35岁的儿童。结论:农村地区和母亲孕龄>35岁是筛查阳性的独立危险因素,应重视农村地区儿童保健工作,提倡适龄怀孕,降低儿童发育障碍发生率。[Objective]To analyze the results of Denver Developmental Screening Test(DDST) for 12-month-old children in Dongyang City, so as to summarize the experience of children’s health care work and improve the level of primary children’s health care work.[Method] A total of 637 children aged 12 months who underwent physical examination in Dongyang Red Cross Hospital and affiliated township medical community units from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects. DDST screening was conducted to analyze the intelligence development status and possible influencing factors of children. [Result] Among 637 children, 95 cases were positive and the positive rate was 14.91%. There was no significant difference between children of different gender and neonatal jaundice(P>0.05), but there was significant difference between children of different regions and mothers of different gestational age(P<0.05). [Conclusion] The positive rate of rural children screening is significantly higher than that of urban children, and the positive rate of children whose mothers’ gestational age > 35 years old is significantly higher than that of children whose mothers’ gestational age ≤ 35 years old. Area and maternal gestational age were the influencing factors of positive screening. We should pay attention to children’s health care work in rural areas, improve the screening rate, advocate age-appropriate pregnancy, and reduce the incidence of children’s developmental disorders.
