中药凌霄花两种原植物的花被表皮微形态研究

摘　　要：为给中药凌霄花两种原植物的鉴定提供依据,利用徒手制片技术,对厚萼凌霄和凌霄的花被表皮微形态进行观察。结果表明:两种植物花瓣的内外表皮细胞一般中下部为多角形,中上部细胞不规则,而花萼的内外表皮细胞均为多角形;厚萼凌霄花瓣的内外表皮细胞小于凌霄的相应细胞,花萼相应的表皮细胞大小则差别不大。厚萼凌霄花瓣外表皮细胞长约为宽的2倍,其他细胞长比宽略大。厚萼凌霄与凌霄一般仅在花瓣和花萼的外表皮具气孔,花萼的气孔指数约为花瓣的3倍;厚萼凌霄的气孔远大于凌霄相应的气孔,而气孔指数则相反。腺毛主要分布于厚萼凌霄与凌霄花萼的内外表皮,相应的腺毛密度前者远小于后者。In order to provide a proven for the identification of the two original plants of the Flos Campsis,the micromorphology of the perianth epidermis of Campsis Radicans and Campsis Grandiflora was observed through the technique of handmade slice.The results show that the inner and outer epidermal cells of the petals of the two plants are generally polygonal in the middle and lower parts,and the cells in the middle and upper parts are irregular,while the inner and outer epidermal cells of the calyx are all polygonal;the inner and outer epidermal cells of the petals of the Campsis Radicans are smaller than those of the Campsis grandiflora’s.There is little difference in the size of the inner and outer epidermal cells of the calyx.The length of the outer epidermal cells of the petals of Campsis Radicans is about twice the length of the width,and the length of the other cells is about 24%-59%longer than the width.Campsis Radicans and Campsis Grandiflora generally have stomata only on the outer epidermis of the petals and calyx;the stomatal index of the calyx is about three times the amount of that of the petals.The stomata of Campsis Radicans are larger than the corresponding stomata of Campsis grandiflora,and the stomata index is in the opposite situation.Glandular hairs are glandular scales,mainly distributed in the inner and outer epidermis of the calyx of Campsis Radicans and Campsis Grandiflora.The density of glandular hairs in the former is much lower than that in the latter.
