优质护理模式在腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿切除术后患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探究优质护理模式在腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿切除术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取50例行腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿切除术患者为研究对象,根据护理方法不同分为对照组与观察组,每组25例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用优质护理模式,比较两组术后恢复情况、护理前、护理后24 h、48 h、72 h疼痛评分及护理满意度。结果观察组患者术后首次离床时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间分别为(13.51±1.76)h、(18.20±3.10)h、(6.67±1.43)d,对照组患者术后首次离床时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间分别为(17.39±2.42)h、(22.60±4.00)h、(8.10±2.05)d,观察组患者术后首次离床时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理后24 h、48 h、72 h疼痛评分均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度为96.00%,明显高于对照组的72.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿切除术后应用优质护理模式可促进术后康复,提高患者护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing mode in patients after laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection.Methods Fifty patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing,and the observation group was treated with high-quality nursing on the basis of the control group.The postoperative recovery,24 h,48 h,72 h pain score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results In the observation group,the fi rst postoperative time out of bed,anal exhaust time and hospitalization time were(13.51±1.76)h,(18.20±3.10)h,(6.67±1.43)d,respectively.The fi rst postoperative time out of bed,anal exhaust time and length of hospital stay in the control group were(17.39±2.42)h,(22.60±4.00)h and(8.10±2.05)d,respectively.The fi rst postoperative time out of bed,anal exhaust time and length of hospital stay in the observation group were signifi cantly shorter than those in the control group,with statistical signifi cance(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no signifi cant difference in pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The pain scores at 24 h,48 h and 72 h in the observation group were signifi cantly lower than those in the control group after nursing,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%,signifi cantly higher than that of the control group(72.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high quality nursing mode after laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection can promote postoperative rehabilitation and improve patients'nursing satisfaction.
