摘  要:四面六边体透水框架是一种河道护岸固脚结构物,采用自密实钢纤维混凝土制作具有多重优越性。通过试验研究以钢纤维类型(铣削型、端钩型、波浪型)和钢纤维体积率(0.4%、0.8%、1.2%)为变量的自密实钢纤维混凝土的工作性能和基本力学性能,采用不同类型钢纤维制备自密实钢纤维混凝土浇筑成型四面六边体透水框架,并对框架杆件进行分段切割、测试承载力,统计分析切割截面的钢纤维分布状况。结果表明:制备的自密实钢纤维混凝土具有良好的自密实性,完全满足无配筋四面六边体透水框架成型要求;随着钢纤维体积率增大,自密实钢纤维混凝土的轴心抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和抗弯强度增大;相同纤维体积率下,按照采用端钩型、铣削型和波浪型钢纤维,自密实钢纤维混凝土抗拉强度依次增大;钢纤维沿框架杆长的分布与钢纤维类型和单根质量相关,轻细的端钩型钢纤维分布均匀且根数多,适用于制备自密实钢纤维混凝土成型透水框架。Pervious frame of four faces and six sides is a kind of river revetment anchorage structure,which has many advantages made of the self-compacting steel fiber reinforced concrete(SFRC).By using the varying factors of the fiber type including milling,hooked-end and wavy and the volume fraction of steel fiber changed as 0.4%,0.8%and 1.2%,the workability and basic mechanical properties of self-compacting SFRC were experimentally studied in this paper.The pervious frames were fabricated by the self-compacting SFRC with different types of steel fiber,the members of frames were cut to several segments to test their bearing capacities and it statistically analyzed the fiber distribution across cutting sections.The results indicate that the prepared self-compacting SFRC has good properties of self-compaction and fully meets the forming requirement of pervious frames without steel bars.With the increase of the volume fraction of steel fiber,the axial compressive strength,the splitting tensile strength and the flexural strength of the self-compacting SFRC is increased.With the same content of steel fiber,the tensile strength of self-compacting SFRC is increased successively by using the hooked-end type,the milling type and the wavy type of steel fiber.The fiber distribution along the member length relates well with the type and quality of single steel fiber,the thinner hooked-end steel fibers distribute uniformly with more number of fibers,which is fitted to be used for the self-compacting SFRC pervious frames.
