摘 要:随着环保要求的一再提高,对环境保护和整治力度的不断加大,我国出现了越来越多不同类型的可降解餐具,其在为人们包装和食用食物提供巨大便利的同时,也在很大程度上缓解了以往使用不可降解餐具对生态环境造成的污染问题。而随着时间的推移以及科学技术的进一步发展,可降解餐具的应用范围正在不断拓广,其类型、加工技术等也出现了相应变化。本文重点围绕可降解餐具在国内外的研究进展进行简要分析,为后续可降解餐具的生产研发提供理论基础。With the continuous improvement of environmental protection requirements and the continuous increase in environmental protection and rectification efforts,more and more different types of degradable tableware have appeared in China.While providing great convenience for people to pack and eat food,they are also very convenient.To a large extent,the environmental pollution caused by the use of non-degradable tableware in the past has been alleviated.With the passage of time and the further development of science and technology,the application range of degradable tableware is expanding,and its type and processing technology have also changed accordingly.This article focuses on a brief analysis of the research progress of biodegradable tableware at home and abroad,and provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent production and development of biodegradable tableware.
