摘　　要：以毕节市豆腐产业为研究对象,通过对毕节市豆腐产业相关数据的进行分析,对其豆腐产品进行分类,归纳出当地豆腐产业的特点,同时分析其当前豆腐产业发展的优势及面临的瓶颈问题,提出发展该地区豆腐产业的具体对策,进而推动豆腐产业的发展。Taking the tofu industry in Bijie city as the research object,through the analysis of the relevant data of the tofu industry in Bijie city,the tofu products are classified,the characteristics of the local tofu industry are summarized,and the current tofu industry development advantages and bottlenecks are analyzed.Put forward specific countermeasures to develop the tofu industry in this area,and then promote the development of the tofu industry.
