四步法睑袋整形术对眼周皮肤松弛患者眼周美观的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探究四步法睑袋整形术对眼周皮肤松弛患者眼周美观的影响。方法:选取2016年1月-2019年1月于笔者医院眼科就诊的眼周皮肤松弛患者80例,以随机数字表法分为观察组(40例)、对照组(40例)。观察组予以四步法睑袋整形术治疗,对照组予以传统下睑皮肤入路法治疗。观察并比较两组术后疗效、手术相关指标,术后"鱼尾纹"、睑袋控制效果及眼周皮肤光泽度评分、患者对眼周美观情况满意度及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后"鱼尾纹"、睑袋控制效果及眼周皮肤光泽度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者对眼周美观情况的总满意率为92.50%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后外眦部切口瘀痕发生率为2.50%,低于对照组的22.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四步法睑袋整形术可降低眼周皮肤松弛患者术后外眦部切口瘀痕发生率,有效控制"鱼尾纹"、睑袋,提高眼周皮肤光泽度及患者对眼周美观情况的满意度,整形疗效显著,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of four-step blepharoplasty on the aesthetic effect of patients with periocular skin relaxation.Methods From January 2016 to January 2019,80 patients with periocular skin relaxation in department of ophthalmolpgy of our hospital were selected.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases).The observation group was treated with four-step blepharoplasty,while the control group was treated with traditional lower eyelid skin approach.The postoperative curative effect,operation related indicators,postoperative crow’s feet,pouch and skin glossiness score around eyes,eye beauty satisfaction and complications in the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than that in the control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the amount of operation bleeding was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The control effect of crow’s feet,pouch and score of skin glossiness around eyes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the patients in the observation group on the aesthetic condition around the eyes was 92.50%,higher than that in the control group(70.00%,P<0.05).The incidence of ecchymosis in the lateral canthus incision in the observation group was 2.50%,lower than that in the control group(22.50%,P<0.05).Conclusion Four-step blepharoplasty can reduce the incidence of ecchymosis on the lateral canthus incision of patients with periocular skin relaxation,effectively control crow’s feet and pouch,improve the skin glossiness and the satisfaction of patients with periocular beauty.The plastic effect is significant and worthy of promotion.
