摘　　要：目的:探讨脂肪干细胞胶(SVF-gel)填充矫治面部凹陷的临床疗效。方法:选取医院拟实施自体脂肪移植治疗的面部凹陷患者50例,采用完全随机方法分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。分别注射SVF-gel和Coleman脂肪治疗面部凹陷,术后随访,对比两组术后肿胀时间、二次填充率及患者满意度情况。结果:术后观察组面部肿胀时间(8.64±1.18)d明显短于对照组(10.26±1.12)d,且术后二次填充率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度(96.0%)高于对照组(88.0%),但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:与Coleman脂肪移植比较,SVF-gel填充治疗面部凹陷,术后肿胀时间短、满意度高、治疗效果较好。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of SVF-gel in the treatment of facial depression.Methods 50 patients with facial depression were selected from the hospital for autologous fat transplantation,and were divided into the observation group and the control group with 25 patients in each group.SVF-gel and Coleman fat were injected to treat facial depression respectively.Patients were followed up after surgery,and the swelling time,secondary filling rate and patient satisfaction after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the facial swelling time in the observation group was(8.64±1.18)d,which was significantly shorter than that in the control group(10.26±1.12)d,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Postoperative secondary filling rate was lower than that of the control group(P>0.05).Patients’satisfaction in the observation group(96.0%)was higher than that in the control group(88.0%),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with Coleman fat transplantation,SVF-gel transplantation in the treatment of facial depression has shorter postoperative swelling time and better therapeutic effect.
