摘　　要：近年来,颈部年轻化治疗的需求量增加,颈部老化是多方面因素联合作用的结果。本文综述了颈部老化的临床表现及原因,通过应用激光、射频、玻尿酸及肉毒毒素治疗颈部皮肤老化,吸脂及溶脂治疗颈部脂肪堆积,激光、玻尿酸及肉毒毒毒素治疗颈阔肌条索状外观等一系列综合治疗达到颈部年轻化,以期为临床治疗颈部老化提供指导。The demand for neck rejuvenation is the increase recently,neck aging is influenced by multiple genetic and environmental factors.This article review the existing literature about the appearance of clinical features and multiple facets of the neck aging,Treating skin aging using Iaser、radiofrequency,hyaluronic acid and botulinumtoxin A,Treating submental fat accumulation using liposuction,crylipolysis.Treating platysmal bands using laser,hyaluronic acid and botulinumtoxin A,there is a wide array of cosmetic procedures available for rejuvenation of the neck.It can produce a direction in clinical practice.
