摘　　要：新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病是一种新生儿常见疾病,这种疾病不但会导致新生儿死亡,还会造成新生儿脑瘫、残疾、精神发育迟缓等问题。现阶段临床上对于新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的治疗,还没有比较有效的特殊治疗方式,大多依旧选择综合对症的方式,而对于该病的预后,关键还是需要在疾病的早期做好预防以及治疗。现阶段,新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的研究热点主要集中在干细胞移植以及间充质干细胞(MSCs)移植方面,这些治疗方式目前仍在临床试验阶段,还需要继续进行试验和研究。本文对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的治疗方法进行介绍和分析,并分析其目前的治疗进展。Neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy is a common disease among newborns,which not only leads to death,but also causes cerebral palsy,disability,mental retardation and other problems.At present,there is no effective special treatment for neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy in clinical practice,and most of them still choose comprehensive symptomatic treatment.The key to the prognosis of this disease is to do a good job of prevention and treatment in the early stage of the disease.At the present stage,the research focus of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy is mainly on stem cell transplantation and mesenchymal stem cell(MSCs)transplantation.These treatments are still in the clinical trial stage and need to be further experimented and studied.This article introduces and analyzes the treatment methods of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,and analyzes its current progress in treatment.
