强化治疗方案在社区老年原发性高血压患者中的应用及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的:分析社区老年原发性高血压患者采取强化治疗方案的效果。方法:2019年3月-2020年3月收治老年原发性高血压患者112例,随机分为两组,各56例。对照组给予常规治疗;观察组给予强化治疗方案。比较两组患者高血压知识知晓率、并发症情况及血压控制情况。结果:观察组高血压知识知晓率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血压控制总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:强化治疗方案有利于加深社区老年原发性高血压患者的高血压知识掌握程度,提高血压控制效果,减少并发症的出现。Objective:To analyze the effect of intensive treatment for elderly patients with essential hypertension in community.Methods:From March 2019 to March 2020,112 elderly patients with essential hypertension were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 56 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment.The observation group was given intensive treatment.We compared the awareness rate of hypertension knowledge,complications and blood pressure control between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the awareness rate of hypertension knowledge was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the total effective rate of blood pressure control was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intensive treatment scheme is helpful to deepen the knowledge of hypertension in elderly patients with essential hypertension in community,improve the effect of blood pressure control and reduce the occurrence of complications.
