摘　　要：目的:探讨不同血液净化方式对维持性血液透析患者肾性骨病相关因素的影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2020年1月行维持性血液透析治疗的肾性骨病患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组给予常规血液透析;观察组给予高通量血液透析。比较两组骨代谢指标水平、炎性因子水平及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗后Ca2+水平明显高于对照组,而P^(3+)、β2-MG、PTH水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后IL-1β、IL-2、IL-6、IL-10水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高通量血液透析对防治肾性骨病的效果更好,能有效清除β2-MG和PTH,纠正钙磷代谢紊乱,抑制炎症反应。Objective:To investigate the influence of different blood purification methods on renal osteopathy related factors in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2020,80 cases of patients with renal osteopathy who treated with maintenance hemodialysis were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine hemodialysis,while the observation group was given high-throughput hemodialysis.The indexes levels of bone metabolism,inflammatory factors and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The Ca2+level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,while the P^(3+),β2-MG and PTH levels were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the IL-1β,IL-2,IL-6 and IL-10 levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-throughput hemodialysis has a better effect on the prevention and treatment of renal bone disease.It can effectively eliminateβ2-MG and PTH,correct the disorder of calcium and phosphorus metabolism and inhibit the inflammatory response.
