定晕汤联合眩晕贴治疗痰瘀阻窍型眩晕疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨定晕汤联合眩晕贴治疗痰瘀阻窍型眩晕的临床效果。方法:2019年7月-2019年12月收治痰瘀阻窍型眩晕症患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组给予氟桂利嗪胶囊+前列地尔注射液治疗;观察组给予定晕汤联合眩晕贴治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后眩晕、头晕、踏步试验及自发性眼震颤等眩晕症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后眩晕、头重如裹、恶心呕吐、胸闷、肢体麻木或刺痛等中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后基底动脉与双侧椎动脉的平均血流速度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:定晕汤联合眩晕贴治疗痰瘀阻窍型眩晕,可显著提高临床疗效,改善患者症状。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Dingyun decoction combined with vertigo patch in the treatment of phlegm and stasis obstruction type of vertigo.Methods:From July 2019 to December 2019,80 cases of patients with phlegm and stasis obstruction type of vertigo were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with flunarizine capsule+alprostadil injection.The observation group was treated with Dingyun decoction combined with vertigo patch.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The scores of dizziness,stepping experiment and spontaneous nystagmus in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes such as dizziness,heaviness head,nausea and vomiting,chest tightness,numbness or tingling in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The mean blood flow velocity of basilar artery and bilateral vertebral artery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dingyun decoction combined with vertigo patch in the treatment of phlegm and stasis obstruction type of vertigo can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and improve the symptoms of patients.
