摘　　要：目的:探讨腰椎间盘突出髓核摘除手术患者术后并发脑脊液漏的发作病症及护理方法。方法:2019年3月-2020年3月收治行腰椎间盘突出髓核摘除手术患者40例,分析术后脑脊液漏的病症情况,并给予针对性护理干预。结果:40例患者在实施针对性护理干预及保守治疗后均痊愈,患者脑脊液漏病程在4~16 d,所有患者均未发生切口裂开、感染等情况;对患者实施3个月的随访均未出现脑脊液漏等情况。结论:对于行腰椎间盘突出髓核摘除手术后并发脑脊液漏的患者,实施针对性护理,可显著改善患者脑脊液漏症状,缩短患者病程,使患者尽早康复。Objective:To explore the symptoms of cerebrospinal fluid leakage in patients with lumbar disc herniation after nucleus pulposus removal and nursing implementation.Methods:From March 2019 to March 2020,40 patients with lumbar disc herniation after nucleus pulposus removal were selected,we analyzed the condition of cerebrospinal fluid leakage after operation and gave targeted nursing intervention.Results:After the implementation of targeted nursing intervention and conservative treatment,40 patients were cured,the course of cerebrospinal fluid leakage was 4 to 16 days,no incision dehiscence or infection occurred in all patients.No cerebrospinal fluid leakage occurred in the follow-up of patients for 3 months.Conclusion:For patients with cerebrospinal fluid leakage after nucleus pulposus removal for lumbar disc herniation,the implementation of targeted nursing program can significantly improve the symptoms of cerebrospinal fluid leakage,shorten the course of disease and make the patients recover as soon as possible.
