摘　　要：目的:评估接受联合清创处理干预的深部组织压力性损伤患者的对应护理干预服务情况。方法:选取2018年6月-2020年7月接受联合清创处理干预的深部组织压力性损伤患者30例,所有患者均予以护理干预服务,记录患者愈合率、愈合所用总体时长、深部组织压力性损伤的相关知识知晓率。结果:未愈合患者1例,愈合患者29例(96.67%);愈合所用总体时长为(21.26±1.23)d;不知晓深部组织压力性损伤相关知识的患者3例,知晓深部组织压力性损伤相关知识的患者27例(90.00%)。结论:在接受联合清创处理干预的深部组织压力性损伤患者中,提供护理干预服务效果较好,有助于促进深部组织压力性损伤患者尽早愈合,有效提升患者对于深部组织压力性损伤相关知识的知晓率。Objective:To evaluate the corresponding nursing intervention services for patients with deep tissue pressure injury who received combined debridement intervention.Methods:From June 2018 to July 2020,30 cases of patients with deep tissue pressure injury who received combined debridement intervention were enrolled,all patients received nursing intervention services.The rate of healing,the total duration of healing and the knowledge awareness of deep tissue pressure injury were recorded.Results:There were 1 unhealed patient and 29 healed patients(96.67%).The total duration of healing was(21.26±1.23)d.3 patients who did not know the related knowledge of deep tissue pressure injury,while 27 patients(90.00%)had knowledge of deep tissue pressure injuries.Conclusion:Among patients with deep tissue pressure injury who have received combined debridement treatment intervention,the effect of providing nursing intervention services is better,which is helpful to promote the early healing of patients with deep tissue pressure injury and to improve the knowledge awareness of these patients.
