摘　　要：文章从数字档案资源馆藏情况、安全管理的体制与机制、安全管理的技术、安全管理的合作、安全管理的影响因素与困难等五个方面,对辽宁地区城建档案馆数字档案资源安全管理现状进行了调研。调研结果显示,辽宁地区城建档案馆数字档案资源安全管理工作整体情况比较严峻,还存在很多需要解决的问题。文章提出加强数字档案资源质量建设、提升数字档案资源安全管理规范性、加强数字档案资源安全管理的技术保障、全力应对数字档案资源安全管理中的困难等四个方面的应对措施。This paper investigates the current situation of digital archives resources security management in the urban construction archives of Liaoning province from five aspects:the collection of digital archives resources,the system and mechanism of security management,the technology of security management,the cooperation of security management,and the influencing factors and difficulties of security management.The survey results show that the overall situation of digital archives resources security management of the urban construction archives in Liaoning province is grim,and there are still many problems to be solved.This paper puts forward four countermeasures:strengthening the quality construction of digital archives resources,improving the standardization of digital archives resources security management,strengthening the technical guarantee of digital archives resources security management,and fully coping with the difficulties in digital archives resources security management.
