从高校毕业生档案的“失”与“补”看档案意识的重要性

摘　　要：高校毕业生档案利用难、查找难已成常态,丢失、补办档案证明让高校毕业生和高校备受困扰,这些问题由来已久且成愈演愈烈之势。本文从高校毕业生档案的“失”与“补”现象着手,针对高校毕业生档案在其管理和流动过程中出现的一些本可避免的问题,但由于涉档各群体档案意识的不足和欠缺,造成诸多资源浪费、档案功能难以发挥、办事效率得不到提高等等不利后果,提出一些解决的路径和办法。Difficulties in using and finding archives of college graduates have become the norm,and lost and reissued archives certificates have troubled college graduates and universities.The problems have been around for a long time and become more and more intense.The paper starts from the phenomena of"loss"and"supplement"in the archives of college graduates,and proposes some solutions in response to some problems in the management and flow of college graduate archives,such as the waste of resources,the difficulty in playing the archives’function,and the inefficiency of work.These problems should have been avoidable,but still rise because of the inadequate archives consciousness of various groups involved.
