摘　　要：面对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情,高等院校采取许多创新性、历史性的重大举措开展疫情防控工作,由此形成了许多宝贵的档案资料。以新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情为例,探讨高校创建重大疫情防控专项档案的必要性,提出精细化管理、科学化利用疫情档案的对策措施,推进高校应急处置能力建设,强化“档案育人”功能。Faced with the COVID-19 epidemic,colleges and universities have taken many innovative and historic measures to prevent and control the epidemic,thus forming a lot of valuable archival data.Based on the COVID-19 epidemic situation and background,this paper discusses the necessity for colleges and universities to establish special archives for major epidemic prevention and control,puts forward countermeasures for fine management and scientific utilization of epidemic archives to promote the construction of emergency response capacity in colleges and universities and strengthen the function of"archives education".
