摘 要:目的探讨穴位电刺激治疗孤独症谱系障碍儿童行为问题的临床疗效。方法我院2018年1月至2020年1月选取对孤独症谱系障碍患儿150例,采用数字表抽取法随机分对照组和观察组,每组各75例,对照组患儿予以康复教育,观察组患儿在此基础上加用穴位电刺激治疗,两组均连续治疗3个月,对治疗总有效率、相关发育障碍儿童心理教育量表-3(C-PEP-3)、儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)及自闭症行为量表(ABC量表)评分展开比较。结果观察组孤独症谱系障碍患儿总治疗有效率为81.33%,高于对照组的57.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。开展治疗后,两组C-PEP-3及ABC量表各维度评分均有升高,CARS评分均有下降,且观察组有更为明显的升高及下降程度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对孤独症谱系障碍患儿行为问题,在康复教育的基础上予以穴位电刺激治疗,可提高治疗有效率,改善患儿临床症状,开展价值十分突出。Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint electrical stimulation on behavioral problems of children with autism spectrum disorders(ASD).Methods A total of 150 children with ASD were selected.All of them were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group by the method of digit table extraction,with 75 cases in each group.The children in the control group were given rehabilitation education,while the children in the observation group were treated with acupoint electrical stimulation on this basis.The two groups were treated continuously for 3 months.The total effective rate of treatment,revision of Chinese Version of Psycho-Educational Profile-3(C-PEP-3),Childhood Autism Rating Scale(CARS)and Autism Behavior Checklist(ABC)were compared.Results The total effective rate of ASD children was 81.33%in the observation group,which was higher than 57.33%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of C-PEP-3 and ABC scales in both groups increased and CARS scores decreased,and the changes in the observation group were more significant,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Aiming at the behavioral problems of children with ASD,acupoint electrical stimulation therapy on the basis of rehabilitation education can improve the effective rate of treatment and improve the clinical symptoms of children,with outstanding value in clinical application.
