摘　　要：总结王勇教授治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床经验。王勇教授认为膝关节骨性关节炎形成的中医病机为虚瘀结合、本虚标实。故治疗上重在补虚祛瘀,以补肝肾强筋骨,活血化瘀通络,除痹止痛为主要治则,根据长期的临床经验总结,应用除痹健膝汤治疗膝关节骨性关节炎,临床疗效显著。This study summarizes Professor WANG Yong's clinical experience in treating knee osteoarthritis.Professor WANG Yong believes that the TCM pathogenesis of knee osteoarthritis is the combination of deficiency and blood stasis,and the original deficiency and the original deficiency.Therefore,the treatment focuses on invigorating deficiency and removing blood stasis,strengthening the liver and kidney,dredging collaterals,promoting blood circulation,removing arthralgia and relieving pain as the primary treatment principles.Based on long-term clinical experience,the application of Chubi Jianxi Decoction in treating knee bony joints Inflammation has a remarkable clinical effect.
