摘 要:目的研究分析解脲支原体(UU)、人型支原体(MH)感染与不孕症的关联。方法选取325例不孕症患者,其中123例为原发性不孕症(原发性不孕症组),202例为继发性不孕症(继发性不孕症组)。另选择同期100例进行健康体检生育力正常的女性为对照组,均进行解脲支原体和人型支原体检测。比较三组解脲支原体、人型支原体感染及混合感染检出率,并比较不孕症患者不同年龄段解脲支原体、人型支原体感染及混合感染检出率。结果原发性不孕症组、继发性不孕症组患者解脲支原体、人型支原体感染及混合感染检出率均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);原发性不孕症组患者解脲支原体、人型支原体感染检出率与继发性不孕症组患者比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。女性不孕症患者各年龄段解脲支原体、人型支原体感染及混合感染检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论解脲支原体与人型支原体感染是引起女性不孕症的重要因素,对不明原因的不孕症女性进行解脲支原体与人型支原体检测以明确不孕症病因,从而提供针对性治疗。Objective To study and analyze the correlation between Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU),Mycoplasma hominis(MH)and infertility.Methods 325 infertility patients were selected,including 123 primary infertility(primary infertility group)and 202 secondary infertility(secondary infertility group).Another 100 healthy women with normal fertility during the same period were selected as the control group,and mycoplasma urealyticum and mycoplasma hominis were detected.The detection rates of Ureaplasma urealyticum,Mycoplasma hominis infection and mixed infection in the three groups were compared,and the detection rates of Ureaplasma urealyticum,Mycoplasma hominis infection and mixed infection in infertility patients at different ages were compared.Results The detection rates of Ureaplasma urealyticum,Mycoplasma hominis infection and mixed infection in primary infertility group and secondary infertility group were signifi cantly higher than those in control group,with statistical signifi cance(P<0.05).There was no signifi cant difference in the detection rate of Ureaplasma urealyticum and Mycoplasma hominis infection between primary infertility group and secondary infertility group(P>0.05).There was no signifi cant difference in the detection rate of Ureaplasma urealyticum,Mycoplasma hominis infection and mixed infection in female infertility patients at all ages(P>0.05).Conclusion Ureaplasma urealyticum and Mycoplasma hominis infection is an important factor causing female infertility.The detection of Ureaplasma urealyticum and Mycoplasma hominis for infertile women with unknown causes can clarify the etiology of infertility and provide targeted treatment.
