妊娠期血液高凝状态与产科并发症探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨并分析妊娠期血液高凝状态与产科并发症的情况。方法选取1200例孕检筛查血液高凝状态孕妇,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组600例。对照组接受常规安慰剂治疗,研究组在对照组基础上增加小剂量阿司匹林治疗,比较两组产科并发症发生情况。结果对照组妊娠期高血压疾病、胎盘早剥、胎儿生长受限、新生儿窒息、子痫、早产发生率分别为14.5%、4.2%、9.8%、16.2%、1.5%、10.8%,均明显高于研究组的3.7%、1.0%、1.3%、5.2%、0.3%、1.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小剂量阿司匹林治疗妊娠期血液高凝状态孕妇,能改善血液高凝状态,从而控制并发症发生,保证胎儿正常的生长发育,以此有效改善母婴结局,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate and analyze the hypercoagulability of blood and obstetric complications during pregnancy.Methods A total of 1200 pregnant women with hypercoagulability were selected and divided into control group and study group by random number table method,600 cases in each group.The control group received conventional placebo treatment,and the research group added low-dose aspirin treatment on the basis of the control group,and compared the incidence of obstetric complications between the two groups.Results The incidence of pregnancy hypertension,placental abscission,fetal growth restriction,neonatal asphyxia,eclampsia and premature delivery in the control group were 14.5%,4.2%,9.8%,16.2%,1.5%and 10.8%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the study group(3.7%,1.0%,1.3%,5.2%,0.3%,1.5%).The difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low dose aspirin in the treatment of hypercoagulability of pregnant women can improve the hypercoagulability of pregnant women,so as to control the occurrence of complications,ensure the normal growth and development of the fetus,and effectively improve maternal and infant outcomes,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
