腰硬联合阻滞麻醉在急诊剖宫产术中的应用价值及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探究分析腰硬联合阻滞麻醉在急诊剖宫产术中的应用价值以及安全性。方法选取50例行剖宫产术产妇,按照随机抽签法分为试验组与对照组,各25例。对照组患者选择连续硬膜外阻滞麻醉,试验组患者选择腰硬联合阻滞麻醉,比较两组患者麻醉效果及麻醉不良反应发生情况。结果试验组患者麻醉评分为(2.6±0.1)分,阻滞完善时间为(12.2±2.5)min;对照组患者麻醉评分为(1.4±0.4)分,阻滞完善时间为(19.9±3.7)min。试验组患者麻醉评分明显高于对照组,阻滞完善时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者麻醉不良反应发生率为36.0%,对照组患者麻醉不良反应发生率为28.0%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在急诊剖宫产术中选择腰硬联合阻滞麻醉,麻醉效果更佳,阻滞完善时间短,且产妇不良反应较小,具有一定的安全性。Objective To explore the application value and safety of combined spinal and epidural anesthesia in emergency cesarean section.Methods 50 parturients undergoing cesarean section were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,25 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with continuous epidural block anesthesia,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with combined spinal and epidural block anesthesia.The anesthesia effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The anesthesia score of experimental group was(2.6±0.1)points,and the time to complete the block was(12.2±2.5)min.The anesthesia score of control group was(1.4±0.4)points,and the completion time of block was(19.9±3.7)min.The anesthesia score in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the improvement time of block was significantly shorter than that in control group,with statistical signifi cance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse anesthetic reactions in experimental group was 36.0%,and that in control group was 28.0%,with no statistical signifi cance(P>0.05).Conclusion In the emergency cesarean section,the choice of lumbar epidural block anesthesia,better anesthesia effect,short time to complete the block,and less maternal adverse reactions,has a certain safety.
