摘　　要：基于IncoPat专利数据库,对涉及人工智能技术领域的专利情报进行分析,确定其技术生命周期,分析其全球技术布局、重点申请人及其技术构成以及专利价值度分布情况,并对该领域的核心基础专利进行挖掘,提出该领域专利申请和布局的建议,以期为科研人员规划研发路径和策略提供参考。Based on the IncoPat patent database,this paper analyzes patent information involving the field of artificial intelligence technology,determines its technology life cycle,analyzes its global technology layout,key applicants and their technical composition,and the distribution of patent value,and mines the core foundation in this field.It puts forward suggestions for patent applications and layout in this field to provide a reference for researchers to plan research and development paths and strategies.
