摘 要:植物抗寒性是评价植物抗逆性的重要指标,是指植物对低温环境变化长期适应,并通过遗传变异和选择而形成抵抗和忍耐低温的能力。2014年引进4个蔓越橘新品种,并在伊春林区进行造林试验,结果表明:1.蔓越橘不同品种抗寒性有所差异。2.蔓越橘相对电导率值变化与温度变化紧密相关。3.蔓越橘含水量没有随月平均温度的变化而波动,但干物质的量表现出随之降低的变化规律。分析结果表明,蔓越橘部分品种具有稳定的抗寒性,可以在小兴安岭高寒林区引种栽培。Plants cold resistance refers to the ability of tolerance and resistance to low temperature obtained by plants through genetic variation and natural selection in the process of long-term adaptation to low temperature environment,which is also an important index for evaluating plant resistance.Four new Cranberry varieties were introduced by the research group in 2014 and afforestation experiment was carried out in Yichun forest region.The results showed that:1.The cold resistance of different varieties of cranberry was different.2.The conductivity of cranberry was highly correlated with temperature.3.The water content of cranberry did not change significantly with the monthly average temperature.However,the dry matter mass does show a gradient change with the monthly average temperature.The results showed that some breeds of cranberry had stable cold resistance and could be introduced and cultivated in Xiaoxing'anling alpine forest region.
