针刺联合中药治疗脾肾气虚型糖尿病肾病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察在西医对症治疗基础上加用针刺联合补肾健脾降浊中药治疗脾肾气虚型糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法纳入脾肾气虚型糖尿病肾病患者76例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。对照组采用西医对症治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用针刺联合补肾健脾降浊中药治疗。比较两组临床疗效,并观察治疗前后两组中医证候评分以及血糖、血脂和肾功能指标的情况。结果观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组中医证候评分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.01),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血糖、血脂和肾功能指标水平均优于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在西医对症治疗基础上加用针刺联合补肾健脾降浊中药治疗可提高脾肾气虚型糖尿病肾病的临床疗效,改善肾功能和控制血糖、血脂水平。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus Chinese medication for reinforcing kidney and spleen and descending the turbid in treating diabetic nephropathies of spleen-kidney qi deficiency pattern based on symptomatic Western medicine treatment.Method Seventy-six patients with diabetic nephropathies of spleen-kidney qi deficiency pattern were recruited and divided into a control group and an observation group using the random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was intervened by symptomatic Western medicine treatment,while the observation group was given additional acupuncture treatment plus Chinese medication for reinforcing kidney and spleen and descending the turbid.Clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups,and the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptoms score,blood glucose,blood lipids and kidney function indexes were observed before and after treatment.Result The clinical total effective rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptoms score dropped significantly in both groups(P<0.01),and was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of blood glucose,blood lipids and kidney function indexes were all improved after intervention in the two groups(P<0.05),and were better in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on symptomatic Western medicine treatment,adding acupuncture and Chinese medication for reinforcing kidney and spleen and descending the turbid can enhance the clinical efficacy,improve kidney function and control the blood glucose and lipids levels in treating diabetic nephropathies of spleen-kidney qi deficiency pattern.
