新冠肺炎疫情背景下国外左翼学者对当代资本主义的最新批判与反思

摘　　要：当前,资本主义世界正处于资本主义经济危机与疫情危机同期叠加、相互交织的特殊时期。国外左翼学者在对当代资本主义的批判与反思中指出,资本主义生产方式掠夺自然资源的暴力性和攫取剩余价值的贪婪性是导致新冠肺炎疫情暴发的主要原因之一,攫取超额利润、秉承“市场至上”的新自由主义法则导致资产阶级政府应对突发公共卫生事件的能力严重不足,新冠肺炎疫情危机所折射的是整个资本主义制度的危机;“人民至上”还是“利润至上”,是社会主义制度与资本主义制度的本质区别,以中国为代表的社会主义国家坚持人民利益至上,取得的抗疫成就让世人瞩目,而资本主义国家将“利润至上”原则奉为金规铁律,折射出其制度的阶级本质;资本主义的排外主义情绪是根深蒂固的“历史传统”,美国排外主义和种族主义歧视集中体现在当前对黑人群体的社会压迫上;资本主义制度已经难以为继,摆脱疫情危机的出路之一是组织工人运动,走向社会主义。At present,the capitalist world is in a special period when the economic crisis of capitalism and the epidemic crisis overlap and interweave with each other.Foreign left-wing scholars have pointed out that the root cause of the spread of COVID-19 is the world capitalist system,the capitalist mode of production,and the violence of natural resources and the greed of the surplus value,which led to the outbreak of COVID-19.Seizing excess profits and adhering to the Neo liberal law of“market first”lead to a serious shortage of the ability of the bourgeois government to deal with public health emergencies.The crisis of COVID-19 reflects the crisis of the whole capitalist system.“People first”or“profit first”is the essential difference between socialist system and capitalist system.The socialist countries represented by China insist on the people’s interests first,and the achievements of anti epidemic have attracted the attention of the world.The capitalist countries regard the principle of“profit first”as the rule of gold rules and iron to reflect the class nature of their system.The xenophobic sentiment of capitalism is a deep-rooted“historical tradition”,and the xenophobic and racist discrimination in the United States is mainly reflected in the current social oppression of black groups;the capitalist system has been unsustainable,and one of the ways out of the epidemic crisis is to organize the labor movement and move towards socialism.
