复方醋酸棉酚片联合左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统治疗子宫腺肌症病灶剔除术患者的可行性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方醋酸棉酚片联合左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统治疗子宫腺肌症病灶剔除术患者的可行性。方法:选取2018年10月~2020年9月于本院行子宫腺肌症病灶剔除术的97例患者作为研究对象,根据术后不同用药方式,将其分为研究组(n=49)和对照组(n=48)。对照组予以复方醋酸棉酚片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上予以左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统治疗。对比两组治疗前和治疗后子宫体积、子宫内膜厚度、月经疼痛评分、月经量评分,以及治疗期间不良反应发生情况和治疗后复发情况。结果:治疗前,两组子宫体积、子宫内膜厚度、月经疼痛评分、月经量评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组子宫体积、子宫内膜厚度、月经疼痛评分、月经量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方醋酸棉酚片联合左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统治疗子宫腺肌症病灶剔除术患者,可获得较好的临床效果,缓解患者疼痛,保证治疗安全性,复发率低,有一定可行性,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the feasibility of compound gossypol acetate tablets combined with levonorgestrel intrauterine contraceptive system in the treatment of adenomyosis patients with lesion removal.Methods:97 cases of adenomyosis patients with lesion removal were selected as the research subjects in our hospital from October 2018 to September 2020.According to the different ways of postoperative medication,they were divided into study group(n=49)and control group(n=48).The control group was treated with compound gossypol acetate tablets,and the study group was treated with levonorgestrel intrauterine contraceptive system on the basis of the control group.The uterine volume,endometrial thickness,menstrual pain score,menstrual volume score before and after treatment,as well as the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment and recurrence after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:Before the treatment,there was no significant difference in uterine volume,endometrial thickness,menstrual pain score,and menstrual volume score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the uterine volume,endometrial thickness,menstrual pain score,and menstrual volume score of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment period(P>0.05).After treatment,the recurrence rate of the study group was lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The compound gossypol acetate tablets combined with levonorgestrel intrauterine contraceptive system in the treatment of adenomyosis patients with lesion removal can obtain better clinical effect,relieve the pain of patients,ensure the safety of treatment,and lower the recurrence rate.It has a certain clinical feasibility and is worthy of clinical application.
